A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 22, 2025 at 3:30 PM (CST), at Lowell High School
Main Entrance. A picture ID will be required. Attendance by bidders is optional, but recommended,
in order to clarify or answer questions concerning the Drawings and Project Manual for the Project.
Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance
with the Instructions to Bidders.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00 AM (CST), on
May 6, 2025 in the Administrative Center.
