A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on August 28, 2025 at 9:00 AM (EST), at the Jr-Sr High School.
Attendance by bidders is optional, but recommended, to clarify or answer questions concerning the
Drawings and Project Manual for the Project.
Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with
the Instructions to Bidders.
